Why LinkedIn? LinkedIn is the most suitable digital platform for our branding efforts because it is used by the very people we want to work with.
It is favored globally by C-suites and industry thought leaders. It is where headhunters trawl for talent. All of us scroll through it for work updates.
In 2016, Microsoft acquired LinkedIn for a whopping US$26.2 billion. Since then, the platform has grown beyond job search to include micro learning, newsletters and live streaming.
ABOUT THE TRAINER:
I began posting on LinkedIn during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, LinkedIn placed me on their inaugural LinkedIn Top Voices list for Singapore, which acknowledges experts who are driving today’s professional conversations on LinkedIn.
In the past year, I have had eight million impressions on my LinkedIn posts. I am now a member of the LinkedIn's creator program, and its editor-in-chief Daniel Roth highlighted me as a creator to follow in his weekly newsletter.
Today, I manage LinkedIn corporate accounts for B2B clients, ghostwrite for VIP clients, and give corporate workshops on LinkedIn strategic communications.
